Good Afternoon! This card is for the Sweet Sunday Sketch Challenge. The stamp I used is from the Spring Song stamp set from SU and I colored it with my prisma pencils. The DS paper is again from the Sweet Pea paper pack in the new mini. (available tuesday) I added some paper flowers and some dew drops. I hope you like it. I really enjoyed coloring this image. Ok, I gave it another try. This card is for my cousin who is about to have a baby girl any day now. I used the Teddy and Train stamp set from SU. I colored it with my prisma pencils. I used my big shot to cut out the circle and the scalloped circle. I used the new perfect polka dots embossing folder from the occasion mini(available next week) on the yellow CS. The ribbon is the white organza ribbon and I colored it with my stampin write markers. The DS paper is also from the new mini, it's in a big paper pack called Sweet Pea (my favorite papers right now). I am much happier with this card. Well it's Monday and time for some mojo, all though I can't seem to find mine. I made this card for Mojo Monday, but I'm not sure I like it. I love the new I {Heart} Hearts stamp set from SU and I LOVE the new paper and I love glitter, so what's the problem I don't know. What do you think? First off I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas. I hope everyone had a happy day filled with love. I hope everyone was surrounded by loved ones and good food and maybe some warmer temperatures than we have had.
Now on to my cards. This is last of my Christmas cards (few). I am ready for some flowers and hearts and maybe some sunshine. On the first card I used Jolliest Time of the year. I used some DS paper I had found while cleaning out my messy craft room. I colored the image with my colored pencils and added some glitter. I used the ABSC007 Sketch for this one. I added some ribbon and a few dew drops. I really like how this one turned out. On the second one I used a Tilda image. I again colored her with my colored pencils and added some glitter to her hat. The DS paper is from my new found stash. The sentiment is from a stamp set called Heritage Holiday from SU. I used my medium sized oval punch and the scalloped oval punch for the sentiment. Good Evening! Well I had a few last minute Christmas cards I needed to make so here is one of them. I will post the other 2 in a minute. For this one I used the Holiday Lineup stamp set from SU. I colored it with my colored pencils and added some glitter. I flipped the sketch on its side. I used my snowflake embossing folder and added some blue pastels to some of the snowflakes. So what do you think?

Ok, this is it for tonight. I am sooooooo tired. For this card I used ABSC007 sketch challenge. The stamp set I used is called Home for Christmas from SU. I colored the image with my colored pencils and inked around the edges. I added some glitter to the snow to make it glisten. The paper is called Christmas Cocoa from the Holiday mini. I layered the image on Mellow Moss CS. I added a piece of Mellow Moss ribbon and some dew drops to finish it off. Hope you like it, and I'm off to bed. Thanks for stoppin by:)

I'm back!!! This card I did using the mojo monday sketch. I colored this adorable little girl with my colored pencils and cut her out. The background paper is from a set called sending love in the new SU occasions mini catalog. The ribbon is from the mistetoe set in the SU holiday mini. The sentiment is from a stampset called Christmas Punches in the SU big catalog. I think this turned out adorable, what do you think. Here is another Christmas card I made. It's getting close to Christmas now so I think I'm going to have to be done making Christmas cards soon. I think I'll make a few more tonight and then that will be it. I hope everyone is having a good week getting ready for Christmas. I think I will do some baking tomorow. yum, yum. This card I used a stamp from the stamp set called Good Cheer. It is a beautiful stamp. I stamped it in black ink and then used my blender pen to remove the ink from the frame around the image and colored it with my red and green stampin write markers. It took me a little bit of time to do that but I'm glad I did. I then colored it with my colored pencils. I added some crystal effects to the reindeers nose to give it a wet look. The background paper is from a paperpack in the new occasions mini catalog called sweet pea. The black and white paper is from the holiday mini and its called Night and Day. Good evening everyone! First of all I would like to update everyone on Garrett. He is doing very good considering he just had surgery yesterday. He is in some pain but I think the meds are helping alot. He is stuck on the couch watching movies and playing his DS games since he can't stand or walk. (Poor guy)

This is my latest Christmas card. I used very non-traditonal colors and I love how it turned out. I colored this with my colored pencils and I used some of the new DS paper from the occasions mini catalog. (available Jan. 5) I also used the Pinking hearts border punch from the new mini. Okay Ladies, here it is!!! Don't laugh but this is about as good as it gets. And it wont stay that way for more than a few minutes. I definetley have way to much stuff for a house this size and hubby says he's not gettin me a new house so that I can buy more stuff. He, he!! Oh well I'm happy in the middle of my mess.

Good Afternoon! No, i'm not done cleaning my room but I decided to stop and finish a card I started a while back. I love this image, and I hate mice but they are just so cute on a card. I colored this with my colored pencils and added lots of glitter. I matted this image on gold CS and the 2nd layer is from a paper pack in the new occasions mini catalog that will be available on January 5. I also used the Perfect polka dots embossing folder on the card base (also from the Occasions mini). I then added silver glitter to all of the dots. The sentiment was from the Four the Holiday Stamp set from the Holiday mini catalog (available until January 4). I used a technique I just learned called rainbow embossing. I embossed half of it with silver embossing powder and the other half with Gold embossing powder. I hope you like it. Have a good weekend:)

Well France, after seeing your mess I decided to make a mess of my own. I'm not done cleaning it yet but I will show how it looks when I'm done. I think I have way to much stuff. This is a card I made using the country morning stamp set. I used my watercolor pencils to color this. I tried really hard to make it look like there was water in the jar but I'm not sure I know how to do this. I am happy with how it turned out, though. I used the mojo monday sketch for this card. I'm not sure if you can tell but I dry embossed the background paper and then lightly colored it with my stampin pastels. I hope you like it. Thanks for stoppin by:)

Good Evening!!! Well this is Mr. Turkey. Isn't he just adorable. I made him about a week ago to decorate at work. I used the big scallop circle die with my big shot and the medium size oval from the oval die. I aslo used the 1 3/4 circle punch for the face, and the 5 petal flower punch for the feet and beak. Good evening, This is a joy fold card I made using the Give Thanks SU stamp set. This is a retired stamp set and so is the DS paper I used. I stamped the image on watercolor paper and colored it with my watercolor pencils. This card was so much fun to make. I love images I can color. The pictures below show you how the card opens. This is my version of the JOY wall hanging. I used a stamp from the Patterned

Pines set and colored the stamp with my stampin' write markers. I also sponged

around the edges of the letters with real red ink. This was a fun project to make.

Happy Novemeber! I hope everyone got a chance to sleep in after a night of trick-or-treating. Well I had this stamp set starring me in the face for a couple of weeks, but I was so busy trying to get halloween stuff done that I didn't have time to use it. So yesterday I just couldn't take it any longer and had to get it out and give it a try. The stamp set is called snow swirled. I used my stampin' write markers to color the stamp and stamped it on shimmery white paper. Oh and the snowflakes on the tree I painted on the stamp with the platinum shimmer paint. (which I now need to order more of since I dumped it all over my table and my pants.) In the center of the snowflakes I added a silver bead (page 180 IBC) I used crystal effects to adhere them. I also use the silver beads on the sentiment but I colored them red with my stampin' write markers. I embossed the sentiment with silver embossing powder. My favorite part was the ribbon. I used the Organza Ribbon but I color…

Good evening! Wow, I can't believe it's been almost 2 weeks since my last post. Between work and sick kids it seems like I couldn't get caught up on stuff. The good news is everyone is finally feeling better. Well I have been working on these cute little guys for days now. They are very fun to make but are time consuming. This is done using the pillow box die with the big shot. (I got the idea from splitcoast). To finish them off I covered them in spiderwebs. What do you think? Good Evening, Well I have spent the day catching up on scrapbook pages and finishing this card I started last night. OH yeah and doing laundry, and taking care of sick kids. Anyways this turtle is from a stamp set called Natures Nest. I was going to use this for a belated birthday card but decided to just do happy birthday instead. I took this card apart 3 times trying different things and now my desk is covered in glitter and there is no glitter on the card. lol. I do like how it turned out though. What do you think? Good Afternoon, It's almost Halloween so I'd better start thinking about sending some halloween cards out, lol. On this card I used a tag that I cut out using my big shot. The tag was a bit to long for this card so I cut it a little shorter and rounded the bottom edges and added some black gingham ribbon. I started with basic gray CS for my base and added some paper from the day and night DS paper. The squares are bermuda bay CS which I sprayed with some rubbing alcohol and shimmer paint mix (Thanks for the idea France), which I don't think you can see on the picture.

On the inside I added a piece a white CS so that I can stamp and write a message. I also added some ghosts from a stamp out of the twick or tweet stamp set in the lower right hand corner. Good Afternoon, I thought I better hurry up and post this in case our power goes out again. This is a birthday card I made for a little girl across the street. I used the Pony Party stamp set. I used one of the texture plate on Melon Mambo paper and heat embossed the stars on the black paper. I used my circle siccors plus to cut out the circles. I think she'll like this. This is a card I made today using the Season of Friendship Stamp set. I wasn't excpecting it to turn out so big when I started so this ended up being a large card. It is about 6 1/4 by 5 1/2. I really like this tree and you can make it for any season. I hope everyone is having a good weekend and finding some time to stamp. It's been a very cold and snowy day here so it was a good day to stamp.

Good evening, here it is Sunday night and I can't believe I haven't gotten anything done all week. Well I did get my house cleaned yesterday but it seems like I haven't had anytime to stamp. Work sure gets in the way of my stampin time. lol. Oh well I eventually get around to it. This is a card I made for a friend at work. I used the Asian Artistry stamp set (a level 2 hostess set). The paper used were The write Stuff Specialty paper and Chocolate chip patterns DS paper. I also used Very vanilla CS and mellow moss CS. I used my circle scissors plus to cut out the circle. I don't know if you can see it but I added some silver beads to the image and some pearls from the pretties kit. I really like how this card turned out.This is the inside of the card. I folded it to hold a gift card and added some brads to form a pocket. I stamped the dragonfly on one side and then reversed the image for the other side. What do you think? She is from the Beary Best Friends Stamp set in the Holiday Mini. These are very fun stamps. I love coloring them. I used Barely Banana, certainly celery, and black CS. Mojo monday on a tuesday, pretty good for me. lol. Well I used the Twick or Tweet stamp set from the new mini from SU. They have sooooo many cute new things in the mini. I decided to make this a sparkly skeleton. I used dazzling diamonds glitter on his body and orange glitter for his eyes. I used cast-a-spell paper, and old olive & pumpkin pie CS. I paper pierced around several of the pieces and sponged around the image. I finished it off with a few spiders along the bottom from the Eat, Drink & be scary stamp set.
